Inauguration Day

Hov performs Victory at the Neighborhood Ball after Obama's inauguration. Kinda weird to see Jay perform in a tux and eyeglasses but he still does a pretty good job. He is a bit reserved in his performance though. And check out Beyonce performing "At Last" for the Obama's first dance.
