Some Fucked Up Parenting

I'm a little ashamed to be Chinese right now. I've always known there was a smoking problem with adults in Asia, but honestly, this is kinda disgusting. I have no clue what these people are saying but apparently this 2, yes i say 2, year old boy has a stoggie while his parents are actually encouraging him. Just outrageous....
